PMVA Training Success!
Last Friday our team took part in a brilliant PMVA (Prevention & Management of Violence & Aggression) training session — focused on de-escalation, safety, dignity and the Human Rights Act.
Everyone brought great energy, asked smart questions, and really committed to learning how to keep both staff and clients safe in difficult situations.
Continuous training is part of our DNA at Ultima Care and days like this show why. Proud of the team!
