As a Live-In Carer, you’ll live alongside your client in their home, providing essential care, companionship, and support that enables them to maintain independence and dignity. You’ll be carefully matched with clients based on your experience and compatibility, ensuring every placement is rewarding for both you and the client.

We offer varied live-in placements, from short-term (1 week) to long-term, alongside full training, professional development, and day-to-day support from our local Ashford office.

• Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility.

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and active listening.

• Support clients in managing medical conditions such as dementia, stroke, or incontinence.

• Prompt and administer medication safely and accurately.

• Maintain client health equipment and monitor wellbeing.

• Carry out light household duties such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry.

• Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities.

• Observe, record, and report any changes in client condition to the care team.

• Respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations.

• Encourage independence and involvement in hobbies or daily routines.

• Competitive live-in rates: £100–£150 per day / £850–£1,100 per week (depending on experience).

• Two-hour daily breaks to recharge and rest.

• Free accommodation while living in the client’s home during placement.

• Free induction training and access to online learning modules.

• Ongoing support from our Ashford-based local office.

• Up to 28 days of paid holiday per year, plus pension contributions.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

• Ability to live in the client’s household for the duration of each placement (typically 2–8 weeks).
