I value the care my Husband receives from his carers, I would not be able to undertake the task of changing my Husband by myself and making him comfortable. At my request to have carers attend him every 3-4 hours to reduce the risk of him, developing pressure sores. This has been achieved of which I am very grateful. Evening time a family member will be present to deliver his late evening care.
My husband has developed a good relationship with all of his Ultima Care team, who show him kindness, respect and patience each day .

The care service provided what I required following major surgery. Over a period of five months I was able to gradually reduce the care visits as my ability improved. The carers who came were always regular, friendly and encouraging regarding my physical improvement.

I don't know where I would have been without that care and support of the wonderful staff of this company.
This is my third session with them and they are as dependable and reliable as they were on the first session when they cared for my dying husband.
It's lovely to have such continuity of staff. The same ladies caring for me means a lot. we are "comfortable" with each other and totally trusting.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Ultima Care & Nursing to anyone. They are my five star carers.

Since Ultima have been helping care for mum, they have been nothing but professional, kind and extremely caring. They have also helped the family adjust to the many changes we are going through. They take time to chat to her whilst performing the many tasks to look after her.

The kindness they also showed recently when mum was hospitalised due to an infection was really touching always asking after her when I called to cancel calls as she wasn't let out when expected.
